| I came in with my best friend Maria to research the restaurant for a paper I wrote on Urban Development in Buffalo. I had a great time and everything was top notch. I would like to send the photo I took as I am also a photographer and the photo is very nice. I need an email. I couldn't get it through the web site due to construction. Great restaurant...loved it! |

 The food is amazing and I love the atmosphere. Ulrichs is excellent for dinner or just a beer. As a matter of fact Im going to dinner there tonight! Keep up the great work. |

| Also the kitchen was out of chicken wings!!!! How is the oldest bar/restaraunt in Buffalo out of wings?!?!?! The menus were scribbled out as were the beer lists. The only good thing about our night was the bus boy who cleared our places immediately and was very polite. He had glasses and a pony tail and I just wish the tip went to him. Never returning such a shame.  |

| We patroned Ulrich's on 3/12. We had reservations for a party of ten, and on that particular night the restaraunt was not busy. We recieved the worst service I have had in a long time. The waitress was very unfriendly, not educated in the menu, and absent minded. She spilled beer all over the table and almost a bowl of soup. The host only came over to our table to make sure we were all over 21. The waitress knew she was given an automatic 18% gratuity of our 250$ bill and didn't care... |

| Your website needs to have a consistent look to it. The fonts are different sizes and are too large. Redesigning the website would be a good idea. Also, not all the pictures display properly. |

 Ruined Valentine's Dinner... The "Hostess" could not handle seating (despite our making reservations), and was rude when the beer we requested was unavailable. The kitchen was out of fish and roast beef. Despite being open for 142 years, Ulrich's can't handle a dinner service. Your longevity and proported food quality doesnt matter if you're out of food and being told about it by unfriendly employees! It will be 142 years before I think about going back.
